Product Name: Small Chef's Knife

Small Chef's Blade

Overall Length: 235mm

Blade Length: 122mm

Purpose / Use: Larger general use blade - great in the kitchen for food preparation, heavier cutting, camping and wilderness survival, hiking, slaughtering. Also makes a MEAN steak knife for those that like their blades bigger. Fantastic gift for that knife fanatic you know!

Design Consideration: I wanted to design a knife that was a step up from the Medium Utility Blade, still small enough for everyday use, but large enough to handle most tasks, while remaining of a practical size to actually carry around if you wish to do so.

Disclaimer: Knives may vary slightly in size and from the image.
