RWL 34 is a rapidly solidified powder metallurgical steel available from Des Horn in South Africa. It is one of the fillings in Damasteel, or Stainless Damascus Steel.
I found out about this material recently and being a keen fan of powder metallurgical steels, look forward eagerly to trying it out. The pricing appears reasonable and Des assures me that he has material available.
